A fan favorite! This is the dish that I get asked to make for every party or small event. A super simple and versatile dish that will blow everyone way.
1 whole rotisserie chicken
2 blocks plain cream cheese
2 cups parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup franks red hot sauce
3/4 cup ranch
2 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
Remove cream cheese from the refrigerator and allow it to soften. Shred the rotisserie chicken off the bone.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except for the cheddar cheese.
Add into a oven safe pan or crockpot and top with cheddar cheese.
there are three ways to cook this dip. My favorite is to smoke it at 350 degrees until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees, approximantly 30 minutes. You can also bake it using the same instructions, or cook it in a crock pot using the same instructions.
