Korean Chicken Marinade/Sauce

Perfect marinade for grilled chicken or dipping sauce for fried chicken

You will need:

• 2 cups soy sauce

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

• 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

• ⅛ cup chopped green onion

Prep Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl till sugar is completely dissolved. If you prefer to thicken the sauce, bring it to a boil in a sauce pot and add in a cornstarch slurry.
